You have a refund issue?

Do not open a ticket for refund applications that you bought from the Mac App Store. If you want us to issue a refund please note that we can only refund orders that we charged before. We don't charge you for your purchase from App Store. Apple is responsible for refunds if you purchased from the Mac App Store.
