Moving Purchase Orders from the Purchase Order Folder to another folder
  • Hi I am trying to find out if I can move my purchase orders for the 'Purchase Order' folder to another destination once the have been finished with ie checked. Im finding the Purchase order folder overloaded with old purchase orders and pending in progress purchase orders. The same goes with invoices.

  • Hi Peter,

    the 'Purchase Order' folder is not a regular folder. It is a link to filter your documents of type purchase order.
    However, if you find the (virtual) folder overloaded than you activate the sub filtering like in invoices.
    1. Open Preferences->Documents
    2. Select "Purchase Order" from the left list
    3. Activate "Accepts Payments"
    4. Activate "Shows Filter (Pending, Overdue, Paid) in Sidebar"

  • Hi Thanks thats great, so how do I then mark the PO as paid so PO can move to 'paid' folder?

  • Hi, by adding a payment. Unfortunately Totals works currently only with incoming payments. Expenses will be supported in future releases.
