Different versions on Mac App Store and Website

I download the "try before you buy" , but I have a Mac ID account so I purchased it from App store, but its only 2.06. How can I upgrade to 10.6.8 , can someone help me out?

Hi,
we always update both versions, website and app store versions, simultaneously. However, the app store version takes some time to appear on the app store since it must go through the approvement procedure by Apple which takes 3-10 days. This applies for every mac application on the app store.
