Closing a paid invoice

    Hi guys,

    New to Totals and can't figure how to close an invoice that has been paid (still appear as outstanding in the overdue tab)

    Hi,

    sorry for the delayed answer. You need to add a payment to the invoice. Select the invoice and choose the info tab. Click "Add Payment" and add a new payment.

    Hi Ferhat,

    I've tried that but when nothing appears on my payment list.
    I have all my payments gone when i upgraded from totals pro to total v2.0

    whenever i add a payment, nothing happens.. please help.

    Hi,
    there is a filter for payments in 2.0.7 which is unfortunately applied to the entire application. This is a bug and we are sorry for that. Here is a fixed version

    we will release 2.0.8 very soon. In the meanwhile please use this one.
