Hi

I really like the Totals
In my opinion this is a program that fills a gap in the Polish Mac software market.
Unfortunately, without a location he is not applicable in Poland: (
Out of the payment required by Polish law, verbal - PLN 100 PLN one hundred
No proforma invoice.
Old VAT rates.

Do you plan to adapt the software to Polish law and regulations?

Hi Rafal,
thank you for your questions. Proforma invoices can be added as a new document type. This is already supported in Totals. Indeed, you can add any kind of invoice type in Totals.
VAT rates can always be adapted by the user in the preferences. We just have some predefined VAT rates to make the setup easier. We can add the changed 'predefined' VAT rates in the next update, which would of course affect only newly created databases.
The verbal part is currently not planned. But I can research if it is possible to add this in future.

Thank you for your prompt response.
I would like to use your program but according to Polish regulations of the invoice amount to be paid in the form of words makes such an invoice is not valid :(
