Invoice 3 bought on macbundler.com

I'm having troubles when registering Invoice 3 bought on macbundler.com. There is a field to put the serial in and the button "Done" is showing opaque. I can't register. -

you also need to enter your registration name. Ask macbundler.com for your registration name.

If you haven't already done so, log into your macbundler.com account to get the serial number. The link to it is in your confirmation e-mail.
This one caught me as well as it wasn't crystal clear where to find the registration information for the applications. -

Good! Macbundler updated the information showing a new registration name that wasn't there before.

I recently bought invoice3 from macbundler, when i tried to open it, i get the following message, "Invoice3" can't be opened because it is from an unindentified developer.

Hi badrimud,
this is because of mountain lions gateway. Invoice 3 was released before mountain lion. You must allow to install any application in the system preferences->security section.
