Invoice 3 won't open

Recently upgraded Invoice 3 and it just won't open the program. I'm running Lion on my Mac.
Any help? -

I'm sorry that you can not open the program. Do you see any error messages in the Console.app? (/Applications/Utilities/Console.app)
In the meantime you can downgrade to v3.3.8 to open your database. http://www.kedisoft.com/dl/invoice/Invoice-3.3.8.dmg
