International date display is gone. Regional - Slovenian

When I upgraded to 2.1, all dates are showing in USA version (like 6/27/12) i must have it in Slovenian version like 27.6.2012.
My set Region format is Slovenian and the short date should be 27. 06. 12. in previous version was ok. In Preview is showing wrong. I restarted the comp and the Totals program. On my documents must be so! What can I do? -

Same here. Regional settings in OSX are being ignored. Always shows US format. Before upgrade to 2.1 Totals was using the regional settings/formats of OSX. The given instructions don't help.
